Easily maintain interest and fixation with these Good-Lite Fixation Cubes. Available in several versions to fit your near target fixation needs.
White Handled Fixation Cube
LEA SYMBOLS® fixation cube with white handle has a center LEA SYMBOLS® optotype calibrated to 20/40 (6/12) and an outer LEA SYMBOLS® optotype calibrated to 20/200 (6/60) equivalent when tested at 16" (40cm) on top of cube. The LEA SYMBOLS® optotypes on side of cube are calibrated to 20/125 (6/38) equivalent.
Red Handled Fixation Cube
Combination LEA SYMBOLS® and pediatric pictures with red handle has a center LEA SYMBOLS® optotype on top of cube calibrated to 20/40 (6/12) and an outer LEA SYMBOLS® optotype calibrated to 20/200 (6/60) equivalent when tested at 16" (40cm).
Black Handled Fixation Cube
HOTV fixation cube with black handle has a center HOTV optotype calibrated to 20/40 (6/12) and an outer HOTV optotype calibrated to 20/200 (6/60) equivalent when tested at 16" (40cm) on top of cube. The HOTV optotypes on side of cube are calibrated to 20/125 (6/38) equivalent.

Patch Cat Fixation Cube
These guys are ready to help you maintain a child’s attention. The cube has Patch Cat, the Beautiful Amblyopia, Mr Frog, and Strabismouse and Mr Owl on top. Patch Cat figures are from The Adventures of Patch Cat and Strabismouse Booklet by J Snow, CO. and Illustrated by Sheena Hisiro - all in full color. Overall, each of the characters is wearing patches including occluding glasses, stick-on adhesive patch, Slip-cover patch and traditional pirate type patch.
Each Fixation Cubes measure 6" (15.24cm) in length.
