LEA SYMBOLS® and Landolt C Near Vision Card

This easy to use visual acuity near vision card features Landolt C on one side and LEA SYMBOLS® pediatric symbols on the other. This assessment includes both sides having optotypes in proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines with line sizes ranging from 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3) equivalent, 0.05 to 2.00. Card size is 3.75" x 6.25" (9.5 cm x 15.9 cm).

Testing distance is 16 inches, 40 cm.
